Fudgy Chocolate Brownie

It’s Fudgy and intensely rich chocolate flavored dense brownie, yet quite light and chewy. No one could anyone resist it


  • 140 gms Unsweetened Dark Chocolate
  • 113 gms Unsalted Butter
  • 200 gms Granulated White Sugar
  • 15 gms Unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon pure Vanilla extract or Vanilla essence
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 95 gms all-purpose flour
  • ΒΌ Teaspoon Salt


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C

Step 2

Butter baking pan. Then line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper or line the pan with foil

Step 3

Melt the chocolate and butter in a large heatproof bowl placed over a saucepan of simmering water. Once its melted and mixed with butter thoroughly, remove it from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Once chocolate reach to room temperature add sugar and mix it

Step 5

Add Cocoa powder to it and mix again

Step 6

Now add Vanilla essence

Step 7

Add eggs to the mix. One egg at a time, alternatively mixing it.

Step 8

Now add salt to the mix

Step 9

Add the flour now and fold it

Step 10

Pour into your pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with lots of moist crumbs and the brownies are just starting to pull away from the sides of the pan.

Step 11

Your fudgy chocolaty brownie is ready
